Tivvee is an AI writing tool that helps users draft, revise, and organize writing. Tivvee includes an editor, saved writings, folders, chat-based writing help, AI-generated suggestions, and related services.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login information secure. Please use accurate account information and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You own the writing, prompts, documents, and other content you create or submit to Tivvee. You give Tivvee permission to use your content only as needed to provide the service. That includes saving your work, showing it back to you, sending relevant context to AI providers, generating responses, enforcing limits, and supporting the product. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you use in Tivvee.

Tivvee uses AI to generate drafts, rewrites, feedback, and writing suggestions. AI can be helpful, but it can also be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review and edit AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it. Tivvee is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Please use Tivvee responsibly. Do not use Tivvee to break the law, violate someone else's rights, abuse or attack the service, bypass limits or security controls, upload malware, send spam, or create harmful content. We may limit or suspend access if an account creates security, legal, cost, or reliability risks for Tivvee or other users.

Tivvee may offer free, trial, and paid plans with usage limits. Plan details and prices are shown in the product or at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Tivvee does not store full credit card numbers. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, you can cancel at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees are non-refundable.

We work to keep Tivvee reliable and useful, but no online service is perfect. Tivvee may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

Tivvee relies on trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication, AI, payments, domains, and infrastructure. These providers may have their own terms and policies.

Tivvee's software, design, branding, logos, features, and underlying technology belong to Tivvee or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Tivvee's product, code, design, brand, or technology.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them to improve Tivvee without owing compensation.

You can stop using Tivvee at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, or legal/security records for a limited time after an account is closed.

Tivvee is provided as available and without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tivvee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tivvee's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Tivvee in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid Tivvee.

We may update these Terms as Tivvee changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
