• Account information: email address, account ID, sessions, and authentication records.
• User content: content, files, messages, folders, formatting, and related context and metadata.
• AI request information: prompts, instructions, relevant user content and context, and AI-generated outputs.
• Plan and access information: invite codes, waitlist entries, plan status, usage counts, and usage-limit data.
• Billing information: payment processor customer, subscription, price, and billing-status identifiers if you buy a paid plan. Tivvee does not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, request logs, error logs, security events, and infrastructure logs.

We use information to provide Tivvee, store and display your content, manage accounts, provide AI-powered features, enforce limits, process billing, prevent abuse, fix bugs, secure the service, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Tivvee uses third-party AI service providers to provide AI-powered features. We may add or change AI providers over time. When you use AI features, your prompts, instructions, relevant user content and context, and AI-generated outputs may be processed by these providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate Tivvee, including hosting, database, authentication, AI, payment, domain, email, support, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transaction.

Tivvee uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, sessions, security, and core product functionality.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Tivvee, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and keep security or billing records. If you delete content or close your account, we will delete or de-identify information where reasonably possible unless we need to keep it for legal, security, billing, backup, or legitimate business reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law.

Tivvee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Tivvee is operated from the United States. If you use Tivvee from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Tivvee changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
